TRAINING and sales

Training for you and/ or your horse is available at Smokey Hollow Farm. All riders and horses of any ages, levels, and disciplines are welcomed, including correctly starting young horses. Green horses/ riders, horses with issues, or experienced show horses and riders are all welcome. Cathy has the seasoned skill that allows her to assess each horse and rider, and design a personalized training program to bring out their best. Our complete education program also offers showing in hunter/ jumpers, dressage, and eventing.
Full Training Board Rate: $900/ month 4-5 lessons or training rides per week. Includes full care board: 2x daily grain and hay, daily turn-out (weather permitting), and daily stall cleaning. All veterinary and farrier care payment is responsibility of owner. All horses will be wormed every other month, billable to owner. |

We can also assist with the sale of your horse. Call to discuss a program to fit your needs. We offer an honest and upfront approach to all sale and training horses and are committed to finding a good home and the right match for each sale horse. Our reputable sale program is incredibly successful and many great matches are found each year.
Sale Board Rate (Includes Full Training Board): $900/ month plus 10% commission of sale price when horse sells. A one-time $50 marketing fee includes photos, videos, and marketing on appropriate online sale sites. |

LESSONS
|
Cathy offers riding lessons for riders of all ages and levels. She has extensive experience teaching and coaching, and has a knack for knowing when students are ready to move up successfully. While building their confidence and instilling correct basics, she has taught and produced many accomplished riders. Cathy also offers coaching at shows. School horses are sometimes available for riders for dressage and jumping lessons. Trailer- in lessons on your own horse are always welcome.
Current Lesson Rates: $50 for a 30-40 minute private lesson. $5 extra for local lessons off farm (limited availability). Clinics also available on and off farm. Inquire for clinic rates. Riding/ Coaching at Shows: $50/ day |
